La frattura (1956)

Elena receives anonymous phone calls and fears they concern her son. Young Sandro's attitude has changed recently and she is certain he is hiding something from her. Her main fear is that he is having a romantic relationship with a girl of lower social standing, which could distract him from his studies, which Elena is struggling to maintain after the loss of her husband.
